Shelter continue to develop their presence at the Neighbourhood Centre by hosting two weekly drop-ins for people experiencing issues of potential homelessness or living in a poor standard of accommodation. Pop in and see an advisor on Mondays or Thursdays.
The Comeunity programme is working with the PCT to explore the promotion of healthy eating and an improved access to fruit and vegetables in the South Yarmouth "food desert".
The Comeunity programme is working with a range of local services to better target support to sections of the community disadvantaged from accessing mainstream services. This work includes developing a range of accessible drop-ins from the Neighbourhood Centre and ensuring information is made readily available to different groups in the neighbourhood.
