Comeunity is headed up by a Neighbourhood Manager, who co-ordinates a small team consisting of a Neighbourhood Officer, Neighbourhood Environmental Management Officer, Administrator and a Community Development Worker.

Leon de Beer - Neighbourhood Manager
Leon is the Neighbourhood Manager for South and Central Yarmouth and has overall responsibility for the delivery programme. He has a range of experience in community-based regeneration. Leon can be contacted at ldb@great-yarmouth.gov.uk
Terry Bensley - Neighbourhood Environmental Management Officer
Terry was appointed in September 2008 to liaise with local residents in areas south of St Nicholas to help stop enviro-crime such as fly-tipping, graffiti etc and is part-funded by GYB Services. To contact Terry call 01493 845920 or pop into the Comeunity office at 143 King Street.
Ruth Thompson - Administrator
Ruth is the administrator for the programme and is the first point of contact for the Comeunity team. Ruth can be contacted at rt@great-yarmouth.gov.uk
Rob Gregory - Service Manager Neighbourhoods and Communities
Rob has responsibility for overseeing the roll-out of our approach to working with communities in the borough and supports the work of the Comeunity Team. Rob has a background in community development. He is also a resident in the neighbourhood. Rob can be contacted at rg@great-yarmouth.gov.uk
The team is supported by a small group of volunteer Community Makers who help staff the Neighbourhood Centre.
Their work is overseen by a Board which includes 8 residents reps, 4 councillors, the Police, County Council, Health Trust and two Voluntary Sector reps. Great Yarmouth Borough Council is the accountable body for Neighbourhood Management.
