Comeunity is headed up by a Neighbourhood Manager, who co-ordinates a small team consisting of a Neighbourhood Officer, Administrator, Community Development Worker and a Community Liaison and Information Point (CLIP) Worker.

Rob Gregory - Neighbourhood Manager
Rob Gregory is the Neighbourhood Manager for the programme. Rob has overall responsibility for Comeunity and has a background in community development. He is also a resident in the neighbourhood.

Leon de Beer - Neighbourhood Officer
Leon de Beer is the Neighbourhood Officer for the programme and responsible for project monitoring and our communications strategy. Leon has a range of experience in community-based regeneration.

Ruth Thompson - Administrator
Ruth Thompson is the administrator for the programme. Ruth is the first point of contact for the Comeunity team.

Holly Notcutt - Community Development Worker
Holly Notcutt is employed by Community Connectiions on behalf of the Comeunity programme. Holly provides support to the local community groups and is the lead on developing our community engagement across the neighbourhood.

Jeanne Goncalves - Clip Worker
Jeanne Goncalves works alongside Holly to provide a range of information and a signposting service to members of the community. She is also responsible for organising surgeries and information events in the Neighbourhood Centre and is also bilingual providing reach to speakers of other languages.

Jeanne is supported by a team of volunteer Community Makers who help staff the Neighbourhood Centre.

Volunteer Kelly Knowles

Their work is overseen by a Board which includes 8 residents reps, 4 councillors, the Police, County Council, Health Trust and two Voluntary Sector reps. Great Yarmouth Borough Council is the accountable body for Neighbourhood Management.

The work of the team and the programme is overseen by a Board of local residents and other stakeholders. Residents are nominated via the local Community Partnerships for South and Central Yarmouth.
